Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items are non exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange or return on sale items or gift cards.

Return:

  • In case of a return, the customer will bear one-way shipping charges, while we will cover the other side.
  • The shipping cost can either be deducted from the total order amount or paid separately online by the customer.

Exchange :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 48 HRS of delivery we cannot accept any kind of damage and issues. Customer must have full parcel opening video without cut and pause showing the defect or damage in that video it self.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Β

Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to us. Please note that reverse will need to be sent to the following address:Β

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Β
